Beach Day
“Big Island Vacation Services set up and awesome beach day for us. They organized to have pop up tents and chairs set up, picked up sandwiches and snacks and drinks, and paddle boarded and snorkeled with our kids for hours. They also brought corn hole, volleyball, and homemade banana bread! We would not ever want to go back to the beach without them!!!”

Big Island Trip
“I went on vacation to the Big Island for the first time. I had no idea what to expect. I was lucky to have Big Island Vacation Services recommended to me by my rental at Mauna Kea. I was pleased to say the least. Both Jamin and Nathalie were so helpful. They were professional and quick to respond when I called. They were so easy to talk to on the phone and were very patient with my requests. Their knowledge of the island was spot on. They gave me some recommendations for dinner as well activities. We booked a few things through them and they were great. I followed their guidance and had a great experience on the island. I definitely will use them again and will forward their number to friends. Wonderful Vacation

Planning a vacation for 23 people
Nathalie Whitfield and Big Island Vacation Services were instrumental in planning our family gathering of 23 people in March of 2022. Nathalie was very responsive and extremely helpful. She provided recommendations for a photographer, caterer, charter sailboat, baby rental gear, and airport transfers--all of which turned out to be wonderful.
Nathalie was invaluable in helping us have such a special time celebrating our family. Ours was a vacation of a lifetime, due in large part to the efforts of Nathalie.
